If you are orbecome a client of Citian, activities related to our performance of services for you aresubject to the terms and conditions of the applicable agreement for services and, ifapplicable, our jurisdictional-specific privacy policies.

If you do not agree with our policies andpractices, your choice is not to use our Site. By accessing or using this Site, youagree to this Policy. COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Cookies, Pixels, Analytics, Remarketing and other technologies
Citian may collect, use, store and transfer personal information about your visit to theSite by using certain technologies, including cookies, pixels and analytics. Suchcollection is done automatically when you navigate through the Site. Subscriptions, Registrations, Requests for Information and other forms
You may provide us with your personal information when you choose to contact usby, including but not limited to subscribing to Citian newsletters or mailing lists,registering for events that we may sponsor or co-sponsor, requesting informationabout Citian and its services, completing a survey, or applying for employment or aninternship. You may also choose to provide us with personal information of a thirdperson, such as your colleague, spouse, or friend. In such case, we assume that youhave unrestricted permission of such person to provide personal information toCitian. The types of information that you may provide and that we may collect, use,store and transfer include, but are not limited to, name, title, company information,physical street address, email address, and telephone numbers, or any other information you provide to us. All such personal information will be handled inaccordance with this Privacy Policy.
- Subscriptions, Registrations, Requests for Information, Surveys and other contactsor website collection: You may provide us with certain information when you contactus, subscribe to Citian newsletters or mailing lists, register for Citian events, requestinformation about Citian and its services, or complete a survey, etc. The types ofinformation that you may provide include name, title, company information, physicalstreet address, email address, and telephone numbers. Citian may collect, use,process, and store such data to make contacts with you by telephone, email orground mail, provide you with information and advertisements about Citian and ourservices, establish and maintain a well-managed customer or prospective customerrelationship, and evaluate, develop and improve our services.
- Applications for Employment or Internships: Any information that you submit toCitian through the Site to apply for a position or internship will be handled in themanner described in this Privacy Policy. By submitting your information to apply fora job or internship, which includes any resume information, contact information,references, and other application information requested in the job posting orotherwise provided by you, you agree to such information being collected, used,processed, transferred and stored by Citian for the purposes of recruitment andevaluation of qualifications for employment or internship in furtherance of our need toprocess such information in the pre-employment phase of a possible employmentrelationship. If selected for a position or internship, such information may also beused for onboarding activities (which may include a background check). Ourapplication webpage is provided by a third-party service provider, who may haveaccess to your data to provide the services to Citian. The third-party service providermay not use the information submitted for any other purpose other than providing itsservices to Citian.
All the information outlined in this section, including through automated means,together constitutes your “personal information.”
In addition to the above, we use information that we collect about you or that youprovide to us, including any personal information:

Citian takes commercially reasonable measures torequire that such service providers handle your personal information in a mannerconsistent with this Privacy Policy.
- Buyer or Successor: Citian may disclose your personal information with a buyer orother successor to our business in the event of a combination, merger, divestiture,restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all ofour assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, orsimilar proceeding, in which information held by us about our Site users is among theassets transferred. Citian may also disclose your information to third parties inconnection with its acquisition of other entities.

The Citian Site is not targeted to children and is not intended to collect personalinformation from children under the age of 16. Citian has no control over the performance, reliability,availability or security of the Internet and does not warrant that any informationtransfer via the Internet or any communication through the Internet is secure. Citianshall not be liable for any disclosure, unauthorized use, loss, damage, expense, harm or inconvenience resulting from the loss, delay, interception, corruption,intervention, misuse or alteration of information due to any reason beyond Citian’sreasonable control.

The Site may contain links to other websites or access to applications, includingsocial media platforms, including but not limited to, Facebook, X (previously Twitter),Instagram, and LinkedIn, which are operated by third parties. Please be aware thatCitian is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party site, application orplatform, including any third party with whom it has an affiliation or businessrelationship. We do not control, and shall have no liability or responsibilitywhatsoever for, those websites and this Privacy Policy does not apply to thosewebsites. Please consult the terms and conditions and privacy policies of those thirdparty websites to find out how they collect and use your information and to determinewhether they use cookies and how they use cookies. We may receive someinformation that you submit to or through a third-party website.
YOUR RIGHTS
Citian is committed to protecting your privacy and will help ensure that you are ableto exercise your rights in relation to your personal information. Depending on yourplace of residence and the laws governing our collection and use of your personalinformation, you may have the right to request: (i) additional information about yourpersonal information that we collect, (ii) correction, update, access and deletion ofyour personal information, and (iii) a copy of your personal information.
You may exercise such rights by sending a request using any of the below methodsfor contacting Citian. Citian will respond to your request as required by applicablelaw. Citian will not discriminate against you for having exercised your rights withrespect to your personal information.In case you choose to be on a mailing list for periodic email updates regardingCitian’s services and events, you may unsubscribe through the unsubscribe link atthe bottom of the email correspondence. You may withdraw your consent(s) andchange your selection(s) at any time. If you wish for Citian to stop processing or wantto object to any processing of your personal information by Citian, please contact ususing any of the below methods for contacting Citian.
In relation to your requests, Citian may ask you to verify your identity and tocooperate with us in our efforts to respond to your request. In this regard, you maybe asked to provide information, such as your full name, email address, nature ofrelationship with Citian, purpose of request, and preferred method of contact.
DO NOT TRACK
As stated earlier in this policy, we may use cookies and other tracking technologiesto collect information about your online activities over time and across third-partywebsites or other online services. Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a concept promoted bycertain regulatory authorities and industry groups for development andimplementation of a mechanism that would allow internet users to control thetracking of their online activities across websites. Currently, various browsers(including Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari) offer a DNT option that allows a userto set a preference in the browser to not have his/her activities on the internettracked. You can usually access your browser's DNT option in your browser'spreferences. When a user’s browser is set to DNT, some cookies and other trackingtechnologies may become inactive, depending on how the website visited respondsto DNT browser settings. If that occurs, the website visited will not recognize youupon return to that website, save your passwords or usernames, and some otherfeatures of a website may become unavailable or not function properly.
No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals hasbeen finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or anyother mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be trackedonline. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future,we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.
